To our Residents, Families, Friends, and Neighbors;
Although architectural and engineering drawings are almost complete and zoning is in hand, after thoughtful consideration and discussions with our lender, we’ve made the decision to delay the expansion of our important Encore Memory Care program.
As we are all aware, our economy has gone through turbulent and unprecedented changes over the past two years. Although we fully anticipate that expansion of our existing financing will fund the construction, I feel it is appropriate to delay the expansion start until the economy has rebounded. Our company is in excellent shape financially, but my conservative nature tells me to ‘hit the pause button.’ So we will. I’ll reevaluate things in the fall.
