Resident Assistant Encore
(Encore “R.A.”)

The primary purpose of this job is to provide scheduled
and unscheduled assistance to residents with activities of
daily living in our Encore section. You would care for people
who have Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia.
Positions are either “days” (7-3 p.m.); “afternoons”
(3-11 p.m.) or “nights” (11 p.m. – 7:00
a.m.) Certified Nurse Aides are preferred, but this is not
required and training is available. Generally starts at $9.75
per hour. |

Resident Assistant - BirchCare
(“BirchCare R.A.”)

The primary purpose of this job is to provide scheduled
and unscheduled assistance to residents with activities of
daily living in our ‘regular’ assisted living
section. Positions are either “days” (7-3 p.m.);
“afternoons” (3-11 p.m.) or “nights”
(11 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) Certified Nurse Aides are preferred,
but this is not required and training is available. Generally
starts at $9.75 per hour. |

| Dining Room Server |
The primary purpose of this job, is to prepare the main
dining room for meals, present food and beverage choices to
patrons (residents and guests); assist them, as necessary,
in placing their orders for meals; provide these orders to
the kitchen, and present ordered menu items. Generally starts
at $7.75 per hour. |
