tastefully prepared meals. Our dining room is attractively designed
and our professional staff will assure that this is an enjoyable
part of your quality lifestyle at The Birches. Our residents enjoy
hearty soups, a variety of salads, tempting entrées and
fresh fruits & vegetables. In addition to our daily menu specials,
standard fare choices are always available at every meal. Here’s
what one resident has to say ~ “I love the fact that I am
given a wide variety of choices at each meal. Sometimes a gourmet
entrée is appealing and then again, sometimes I just want
a quick sandwich. It’s nice to be able to choose.” Various
dining plans are available. You’ll also have the opportunity
to celebrate special occasions in our beautifully appointed private
dining room.

to the wellness program, The Birches also provides an optional
home health care plan. Care is provided based on your individual
needs as determined by you, your family and your physician. Your
diet may be tailored to your special nutritional requests. The
plan may also provide daily assistance when needed with bathing,
personal grooming, dressing and medication reminders. This means
you can remain in the privacy and comfort of your own apartment
home while receiving the exact professional care you may need
to feel your very best rather than moving to a nursing home The
Birches is also proud to offer Encore -a specialized, secure neighborhood
in our community, dedicated to providing services for residents
with dementia due to Alzheimer’s or related diseases. This
adjoining but separate state-of-the-art area, provides well-designed
apartment 
suites.
