Transitioning to the Birches Assisted Living Community.

Our team members at The Birches do everything possible to create a warm and welcoming environment for our new residents. 

Our team members also make it a priority to get to know each resident. You can expect our team to check in as you start moving in, say ‘hello,’ and see if you need anything. 

Your family is welcome to stay for a meal once you get settled into your new apartment. If your family is unavailable, our Resident Ambassadors are eager to introduce you to your new neighbors and sit with you for your first dining experience.

We will also help with logistics questions like how to forward your mail, when and how to pay rent, and who to contact when you have questions. Living at The Birches combines all the comforts of being at home with the peace of mind knowing that someone is always available if you need them.

At The Birches, our goal is to make our residents feel at home with private apartments and several community spaces to enjoy. 

When you live at the Birches, you will be part of a community where residents enjoy freedom and flexibility. You will make your own decisions about your care and how to spend your leisure time. We provide many things to do, but we also respect when our residents choose not to participate in our events or outings. 

We provide plenty of space for gathering with friends, and our community spaces are ideal for spending some quiet time sipping coffee or joining in lively conversations with neighbors. As a resident, you will get to choose what you’d like to do, whether socializing or finding a peaceful corner to catch up on your reading.
